I tried purchasing the game it’s been a while now it is giving me an error message.

This seems to be a problem with the Xbox store itself rather than anything EA related by the looks of things. I recommend that you reach out to Xbox support about this, they'll hopefully have steps for you to try so you can purchase FIFA 23:
