Can not collect Character Challenge Completion Reward

I’ve completed all 4 character challenges and I’m set to claim my Shrimp ‘n’ Imp hat but it says to go and collect my reward at Rux’s shop. When I try this, I’m not given any option to claim my hat. I’ve already tried closing my game application and even switching to private only mode with no luck.

@daytonadave2011 Check to see if you have this hat for Imp. Apparently, this hat is only for Imp.
