Can I get my skins from Xbox to PC

I realize that it has been confirmed that there will not be cross-platform progression, but will there ever be a way to transfer skins from Xbox to PC. I bought both battle passes and have a lot of limited time items that I do not want to lose, not to mention the money I spent on each pass and some skins. I don't care if I have to start over level-wise but I really think that it's a major oversight if I can't at least save my cosmetics.

@xX_Wolf13_Xx there is no way to transfer inventory items across platform so far.
