At this time during Conference Finals, we can't help but ask ourselves "What if?" What if Kemba Walker and the Charlotte Hornets had been able to squeeze into the 2019 NBA Playoffs? What if Tracy McGrady was able to add a championship to his Hall of Fame stats?

We invite you to make your own team of players that we feel deserve a second chance at glory, instead of going fishin'.

Campaign Dates

Live Date: May 14, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST

End Date: May 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST

Campaign Map

1. Earn Second Chance Points from Blitz Events to earn tokens through the Milestones below.

   1. Pick Tokens are used towards the 92 OVR booster players, 94 OVR levelable players, and 101 OVR Platinum players (listed below) in Sets.

   2. Level Tokens are used to level up the 94 OVR players (listed below) in Sets to 104 OVR.

   3. At Milestones #20 & #35, you earn ability tokens for the Masters.

2. As you earn Second Chance Points, you will unlock Master Events where you can earn a Master per win and more Second Chance Points. You will get to choose your Master after each win. Masters are listed below.

3. To accelerate progress:

   1. Claim bonus pack in the Store every 4 hours for 100 Second Chance Points.

   2. Claim the bonus jersey in the Store to give you a 10% Second Chance Points boost.

   3. Play other modes to earn Second Chance Points.

      1. Seasons = 20 Second Chance Points per quarter win

      2. Showdown = 100 Second Chance Points per win

      3. Leagues = 50 Second Chance Points per match win

   4. Exchange 1 Player Select Token for 1 92 OVR player in Sets that gives you a 10% Second Chance Points boost.

   5. Purchase packs in the Store.

Why Gone Fishin’?

There is a traditional segment on Inside the NBA called “Gone Fishing” hosted by Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Ernie Johnson that takes a look at the teams that have been eliminated from the NBA Playoffs. We wanted to highlight amazing players that unfortunately have not made it to the NBA Playoffs while still referencing a popular piece of the NBA culture. Also, fun fact, this program in our first season was named Gone Fishing.

Created an account just to post. Is the 147K to unlock an event in this campaign correct or a glitch? That seems like an excessive amount of points to enjoy this campaign granted the amount of points awarded for different events seems pretty insignificant.
