[Bug Report] V-1 Spawn Breaking

Tried to submit to Bug Reports but it wouldn't let me submit so I figured I'd post it here.

Basically I spawned onto a Squadmate as he was hit with a V-1 and it completely broke spawning. I tried to manually redeploy but that didn't fix anything so I had to quit the game.
