Bug Makes it Impossible to Redeem Code/Activate product

Its not possible to activate my product as caps lock upper case J doesn't work in Origin. This is not an issue with my keyboard or pc (as you can clearly see here). Can someone please address this ASAP

Hey @inkus3000 all product codes entered into Origin will be capitalised whether you have Caps Lock on or not. When you type in a product code is it showing as lower case, if so can you grab me an image of this?

 

As for the connection error, can you take a couple of minutes to try the steps in this help article:  https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Complete-Support-Origin-Connection-Issues/td-p/5019298

In addition, errors cannot be reported to origin attempted reports are prevented with ''error check your online connection''. There is absolutely no problem with my connection however and my account Is online.
