Bring tournaments to consoles.

@hayhor Controller players are still on PC tournaments. They would need to be sent to console tournaments for it to be an actual competitive e-sports.

@DarthValtrex ohh these dudes dont get lucky. They are literal gods at this game on console. It is nothing for either of them to drop 20+ kill 4k+ dmg games.

@E9ine_AC Daltoosh is ok. Best console players I've seen are pufferfish and tollis. Sooxfar was in this discussion but he moved to PC as did jankz and itemp.
