Hi, i bought the cupid's crush pack but i haven't got it. i already did the work around to clear cache and retsart my phone but i havent got it. it's almost 24hrs and still nothing.

Hello. I contact them on messager but not responding. I contact via EA chat but it keeps on disconnecting in the middle of the discussion. Now i bought again and i didnt get my content. any root cause for this? This is not the first time. i keep on getting the same issue whenever i buy. it s so hussle for me to undergo this steps repeatedly before getting the things i paid for. i thought not to spend any real money nextime because im getting this issue as always. how do ea improve this?

Hi. Darkoi have been contacting EA through messenger and twitter, as well as here via chat but there is no responding. why is it so hard. my issue been 24hrs now.
