Bought EA play from Steam. Can't play games with the Pass on Origin

I want to play this game. I bought the EA play pass from steam monthly for a few months now. I can play other games it lists on Steam, I had to make an Origin account with it. For example Battlefield V I have an origin account to play with it.

The Command and Conquer collection I can only get it from Origin and it keeps asking me to get a EA pass. But I bought it already on steam? How else can I get it, I have to buy the EA pass 2 freaking times and pay double?
