I have already write a request to EA Support but unfortunately no response was received.

Just wondering if any one had ever received any kind of response by EA before.

If no, then I will just stop expecting.

Actually, my case is I bought the Apex Coin with a different Origin account ( I didn't aware I have 2 Origin accounts ! )
