Bloodhound Heirloom Set Available?

So the Iron Crown Event ended quite a while ago and I've been wondering if you are able to get the heirloom for Bloodhound in normal apex packs just like Wraith's heirloom. Or was Bloodhound's heirloom limited edition to that Iron Crown Event. Just wondering because I see on Apex's site that Lifeline's heirloom set will be coming to normal apex packs once the Halloween Event is over. Is that or is that going to be the case for Bloodhound's heirloom?
