Black Screen freeze [ Edited ]

When I leave an area I get a black screen freeze I have to restart the game also I still can’t see the prize map no matter how many times I relog it shows the event is complete

You may want to post this on the bugs forum. There is usually more troubleshooting with this sort of thing there & then they can investigate to find a fix.
