Beast of the Hunt bug?

When I use Beast of The Hunt and I'm in the middle of a fight, I can't see my items in the quick menu when holding #4. It's like its bugged and I'm trying to use my items to survive a fight and it just shows a blank gray circle with nothing showing. Sometimes it takes like 5 seconds to show up while in the beast mode. Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for the post. Did you happen to capture a clip or picture of this happening? It's ok if you don't have one, but best to check.

I had this happen many times, and I never play Bloodhound, I think it's just a general UI issue, rather then a bug specific to Bloodhound.

Might be possible it can be triggered more often by Bloodhound's ultimate tho.
