I purchased a new game BFV Definate edition today 07-04-2021. My former BFV DeLuxe edition was banned from onlineplay for whatever reason. Will I be able to play online again with the new Definate Edition from BFV?

If your account has been banned from playing Battlefield V, simply purchasing a separate version of Battlefield V on the same account would not remove the ban.
You'll want to reach out to our Terms of Service team with the steps below so they can review that ban for you instead.

Thank you for the respons. I already have an investigation on this account for the ban to review last week. I understand it takes some time for a conclusion. But i might now just get a refund if possible for this one and wait for EA answer for the questionary. I am not sure what I should do now.

Thank you for the info. I got a response through my email and it seems that the ban has been resolved.
There was some suspicious thing with my account or loggin and EA changed my password. Had to renew the loggin and
all is good now I hope. Thank you EA and or anyone that has been taking care for this, apreciate it very much.
