The problem with the chat in the game

Hello everybody! Immediately make a reservation, sorry for the bad English! After updating 6.2, I can’t type anything in the chat in the game, neither a number nor a letter! That is, I open the chat, print the text and click send, but it does not appear in the chat! Friends are fine with this! I went to BF 1 BF 3 BF 4. there it normally prints and sends to the chat! Clicked to restore the game
,did not help! I deleted the game and reloaded, it did not help! Completely removed Origin and the game from all folders and from the registry and downloaded again, it did not help! I wrote to tech support, they said that they could not help! Maybe one of you has encountered such a problem? Help me please! Thank you in advance

Since this week I guess it was around 21 or 22nd of June, chat filter is banning the word clan. 

As clans are part of BFV, and even our website has a clan word, which is now banned in BFV chat. 

Chat filter should unban the word clan, BFV is about clans (every BF game is) and banning the word clan makes us feel that gaming clans are not wanted?

I hope Profinity filter team is unbanning that clan word at least. 

Also other words like jig, gin, vodka are banned too?

It's fine if klan will remain banned if clan will be allowed.

Clans are technically called platoons in BFV
