OK apparently crates have aura effects now... and the mere act of switching from say, your primary weapon to the ammo box auto replenishes your ammo. I think this is a bug, but maybe it actually isn't... I don't even have to drop the ammo crate and interact with it. I merely press 3 to switch to the ammo box and I replenish my ammo, just like I replenish ammo when I press 3 with an ammo pouch. 

That means that the crates are a better choice, given all of the other benefits...

These changes are working as intended. In theory, they are way better (at least for Supports), but you are still relatively stationary and unprotected when doing the "long heal/resupply" (just holding the crate in your hands).

I still prefer pouches for the medic since you can insta heal and continue shooting, all while whipping packs across the map for tactical heals.

@TTZ_Dipsy Yeah I did realize that the crates are slightly slower than the pouches, so in the middle of combat it may be a little too slow.

@SterlingARCH3R Awesome work, I just found this post. + Issue (the correct) orders is one of the most important points. I become so frustraded, when my squadleader asks to attack a certain object and the whole squad is capping a different one at the same time.

I would add:
+ Medics use you damn smoke launcher! It´s the most usefull tool the class has and can increase the amount of succesfull revives by a lot.

There are a couple more things to consider when capping objectives in BFV...

• When you are capping an objective, the closer you are to the flag, the capping becomes faster. If you and a couple other people are capping an objective, then it may prove opportune to move closer to the flag so that you neutralize the objective before the enemy spawns in.

• After a certain point in the game, there appears to be a comeback mechanic that allows the losing team to cap faster per person than the winning team. This is more of a reason to push and hustle, and not give up just because the game is ending.

Did they really add the comeback mechanic back into the game? Everybody hated that in BF1 and, if I'm not mistaken, the beginning of V as well
