Battlefield 5 pre-order problem, game doesn't work, bad cc, so I cannot re load

Pre ordered Battlefield V, credit card is no longer active.  I want to change the card on file.  The pre order is downloaded on my computer but won't load and I try to reinstall a new version, but it won't let me.

Hey @V0IDMILK, if the game is on your account and able to be downloaded then this would mean that the order has gone through.

Can I ask what happens when you try to load the game, do you see an error message of some kind?
