Battlefield 5 didn't receive any veteran rewards

I never received any of the Veteran kits for Battlefield 5.

I own BF3 BF4 BFH BFBC2 and BF1 (And BF5 of course ) For PC but I never got to choose a veteran kit.

I didn't pre order Battlefield 5, not sure if that has to do anything with it.

Does anyone know why I didn't receive it?

I guess you're on PS4 or on Xbox(not sure if thats a thing on Xbox too)

On PC you'll get the 5 new Weapons right away after you got the Standard or Deluxe Edition pre-ordered. BECAUSE the "Enlister Offer" is included in the download.

But on Console there are 3 things available in the Store.
> BFV Standard
> BFV Deluxe Edition
> Enlister Offer

First it will say the Enlister Offer isn't available. Because it's just a Addon and you need to have the game first.
Once you pre-ordered Standard or Deluxe (which you payed for) then you can simply click on the Enlister Offer and download it (for free)

This includes the 5 BF1 Weapons then + the BFV Beta early access!

Also I would recommend calling EA or DICE LA for support (Please grant XP if this helped)
