Battlefield 5 Pre-order problem- PS4- GameStop

I preordered battlefield 5 from GameStop so that I could receive the enlister offer. Nobody at GameStop knew what the hell I was talking about when I asked for the code. Is there something I’m missing? How do I go about getting the enlister offer? I don’t know what to do at this point and I’d sell my soul for an answer. Thank you very much

Hey @packerfanbdr, when you pre-order from Gamestop they should have to give you a pre-order code that day and it would have the enlister offer attach to that pre-order code. 

Make sure that you did not get one at time, if you are missing that pre order code go back to Gamestop for it.
