Battlefield 2042 Refund [ Edited ]

I want a refund, it's not a good game, no campaign, barely a few guns of each type, bad general design ; it's just a game i don't enjoy playing

Anyone got tips ?

EDIT : went with customer service, they refunded. (game bought in pre order, played 2h and first play was the 12th)

Who did you ask?  I really want out!!  I bought the Ultimate pack.  I just can't play this game and I have played every one before this.

These terms seem to be set up so by the time you have figured out if you like the game or not it is too late for a refund.  How is that a legitimate Policy?

I have a very high level build here and by the time I played enough games and tested settings to find out that it wasn't om MY end POOF my cash is gone?  

I won't even get started on the actual game.  Even EA has to admit this is so far from a BF title it's not funny, and I have them ALL!

I want out.

This game is unfinished trash. Movement broken, servers broken, hit registration broken, getting 40 frames with $4300 i9 3080 128g ram. Can't revive people, endless dying because your stuck on nothing. Sound is terrible people and AI show up instantly where you looked two seconds ago and kill you? Where did they teleport from? Music stupid, they have one of the best game themes ( 1942 ) and it's nowhere.

They unfortunately butchered the legacy of Battlefield games with this new formula that they tried to incorporate. Past Battlefield games like BFBC2 BF3/4 were fun cause YOU were the soldier that was on the field, not a specialist whose name you will forget. The mechanics seem way too easy on some things that should be hard like piloting and harder on things that should be able to handle with ease. Not a fan of what they have done here with this game. I asked for a refund on the Ultimate version and just kept the base one. Hopefully they redeem themselves with this game in the future.

I played since Pre BF3. BF3 and 4 were fun!!!  It went downhill since BF1. I played it through with BF 1 and BF 5, hoping for a BF 3 and 4 look a like. They gave us a trailer that they listend to the fan base... but it was a sort of clickbait..  This game SUCKS!!!! Never ever I placed a response on the forum or on social media. But this game is the reason I am out of this franchise.

Terrible unfinished piece of crap, that is battlefield 2042. It isn't a battlefield game at all..

I want a refund! Played this game for a week, hoping and trying to get a battlefield experience. I just get more irritated. I guess they won't do a refund after a week, so for me EA and their promotion of battlefield is a big SCAM.

I do hope other players have fun with this game, but for me it failed a 100%.

I requested a refund and was denied because I have time played.  I literally have maybe a couple hours of play time and the majority of that is spent stuck in lobbies that never load. 

This game is bad, it's just purely not finished, and to deny a refund because there's play time is ludicrous. 

I wanted to play it, I wanted to like it. I played the beta and the beta was better than the finished product.  

How exactly do I get a refund for an unfinished product without going the legal lawsuit route?  

Just give me back the money I paid.  The product I paid for is not complete
