Base command not logging in on android

I have been trying to login to base command on my companion app on my android phone for days now...keep getting "sorry an error occured, please try again later" tried force closing, clearing cache, clearing data, restarting phone, logging out, then logging in....nothing   i contacted ea tech support 3 times with absolutely no help, the last agent told me to find another android device and try to login from that, i dont have another one so she said to find one and contact them AGAIN if that doesnt work....anyone else help me here?

I have this issue as well. Just started a little over a week ago. If I keep trying, eventually it connects and starts a game. Saving at the end takes multiple re-tries as well. Something definitely changed.

Hi, please check again and let us know if you still have issues. 

It's fixed now on my system, and we want to check this is the case for everyone.
