I was banned in April after they called my a homophobic slur I had 4 games in a row where I was called slurs I just muted them and kept playing but then I got mad and called the person bad and got banned and I’ve been banned since I think it is really stupid that when I defend myself I got banned and they won’t do anything to help me out or even talk to me about it

There is nothing else, you can do.

It's really sad that you are being harassed. Did you have the Pride badge displayed? Lot's of despicable players out there.

If you called them out and called them id*ots or something else, they probably reported you and the keyword was automatically picked up and you got banned.

I think they bait people into responding and then report them. I hope your ban is only temporary, and I would suggest reporting them and not writing anything in chat in the future.

Maybe you can appeal the ban via email or live chat and explain that you were being harassed so they get context maybe
