You banned my account due to the use of the word “*” in chat. Players were calling me * via audio chat and I simply refused one of their “commands” by referring to what they were calling me and continued to enjoy my game. I placed a dispute but was unable to enter any context. I don’t get it.

@Shmishshmortion Hey there, this is only something the Terms of Service team can address. You will have to wait for the appeal to come to a decision. The forums can not assist with these concerns other than pointing you to the channels you have already used.
