Banned without reason, no email (Apex)

To say that I am extremely irritated would be putting it mildly. I have spent hundreds of dollars and have over 400 hours on apex legends and have just been banned without reason. A quick review of my stats would show that I'm clearly not good at the game, with an impressive 0.7kd. I was sitting on a cliff as octane after both of my teammates died in a ranked game and was kicked stating that my client has been banned.

 

I have not received an email confirming what has happened and I am not toxic in game. I have already made a support request but am wondering what, if anyone, has experienced being in a similar situation. I have 8 years on steam with zero bans for any game that I own. I have 2FA for both my steam and origin accounts and found no suspicious activity on either of them. I'm active duty military living in Japan and playing on USA servers. What else can I do?

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @AN-APR39.

 

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
