Banned with no excuse , with no help from support

I was recently banned from apex after coming back from a break for cheating even though i did no such thing. I tried to contact support via live chat but it was down so i decided to go with email support. After the 72 hours they got back into contact and asked me to send a one time password and i did. After another 24 hours they replied, confirmed it and then told me to use the Live chat option for more details on the situation. Lo and behold, the live chat option still is not available. I message them back via email telling them that the option isnt available and havent gotten a single reply, and my case has been sent to Resolved. Not sure what I expected from ea support but i at least expected it to work.

@Kixlam1 Try reaching out again. You can appeal multiple times. Since the case has been resolved you'll either need to open the case back up again or start a new one.
