Banned on Apex for no reason? why?
Hello everyone,
My friends wanted me to play Apex with them, so i re-downloaded the game after close to a year without playing it, but as we started matchmaking i got kick out of the game with a pop-up message saying my account was perma banned??? (see picture below). I don't understand why and I litteraly have to wait a month for EA to get my account unbanned when i havn't played the game for months . So i resolved myself to create a second account but i dont have access to all the characters i had on my main account (i paid for some of them)... and have to wait a month to get them back.
I can't find a reason why they would randomly ban people and i don't think my account has been hacked either.
