Banned for no reason!

Hi guys,

 

I know this is an old story, another person getting banned for "nothing" but I really didn't do anything to get banned!

So what happend is I was playing on my account like every season. I got stuck at Dia 3 and swapped to my second account, which

was also Diamond last season. After playing couple games yesterday and today the account got banned.

I thought ok, who knows, may be it was considered smurfing.
Logged into my main account, banned after 2 minutes of playing.

For what?

 

I have opened up 2 tickets for both accounts, got an email saying they banned me for "cheating activity".

I don't cheat! The only thing I could think of is that I am using WireGuard to play through a VPN but is WireGuard considered cheating software?

I have invested over 500€ into this game because I was really enjoying it but now I am screwed and there is not even an explanation why.

If I am a suppossed cheater what was I doing? Aimbotting? Wallhacking? What software did I have installed that got flagged? Any explanation would be helpfull at least to understand the situation.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @Rogex47.

 

There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
