Banned for no reason

Hello today I opened the game after 2 months in which I did not play at all and I saw that my account got banned and I did not do anything wrong and now i am so sad because I invested time and money in this account, what could I do in this case please help me!

I'm afraid we're not able to review any account actions on the forums, so you'd need to speak with our Terms of Service team in this case.

Before reaching out I would definitely suggest going through these security steps especially if it's been a while since you last played.

You can create an appeal by going through the following steps:

The ToS team will reach back out to you via email once they've completed the investigation, so I would keep an eye out for that email in the meantime, thanks!
