Banned for no reason

how long does it take ea support to send an email for a banned case, it's been almost 2 weeks that not a single email has come in.

I just want to make sure why I got banned, even though I've never used cheating software or anything like that

@Naravi46 Hi, there are multiple ways in which you can contact EA support.

I would suggest either trying to speak on the Live chat or trying to follow up on the original email you sent.

There have been a large number of these types of posts on the forums and due to Covid I think they are probably finding it hard to manage so many.

EA will be sure to get back to you, I hope they can resolve your issue!

@นาราวี 46 I was the other person who got banned for no reason. Banned for not having any cheat programs
