Banned for no reason

Hello,

I've just recently deiced to start playing apex legends again. I player the game for a few days as it released but then decided to stop as all my friends had stopped playing too. When I logged on today. Everything was fine until I got in a game. After loading in the game said "ERROR" in large red letters and just under says "The client's game account has been banned: Banned". I find this odd that I have been banned without a reason, no email sent to me and I haven't played the game for close to over a year now. Hope someone can clear this all up and i can attatch a picture of the message later.

Hey welcome to AHQ! Unfortunately AHQ (the forum) won't be able to do much for you on the ban. You will need to contact the EA TOS department, they are the only teams who can review bans and reverse them.

Please only submit 1 ticket, and wait for a response. I have heard they are receiving an unusually high number of appeals, so it might take a few weeks to get a response. They will respond it just takes time for them to review everything and respond.

If your initial appeal is denied, then you can submit a second appeal.

Keep an eye on your emails spam and junk folder, just to make sure you do not miss any communication from the EA TOS department.
