Banned for no reason and denied appeal

My account was haacked, then i get it back and i am now banned. its been a full year and i have still not got my account back, i have spent lots of money on apex legends and honestly feel robbed.

@werdeno They pretty much did the same to my other account it's genuinely like talking to robots they have 0 human understanding for some reason.
