Banned for no reason... 150$ down the drain???

So I just got banned and got email confirmation from EA which I'm still going back and forth with... but how do u ban someone that has never cheated??? Also just put 150$ into the game in the past half a month WTF!!!!!.... All these other hackers in the game that never get touched but the normal guy that actually supports the game and puts 150$ towards it gets banned!!!! EA has to get their * together!!!

I just got a photo from a friend in my club on apex and someone was playing on my account and I was getting first places with some Asian lettering. EA has the worst response system for bans. Someone hacked my account because of bad security and started hacking on my account and EA won't unban my account or move my stuff over to a new one when I've spent 150$... this shouldn't take that long to resolve with proof that someone was playing in a whole different country!!!!

I already spoke with advisor they can't do anything... and the ban thing I sent in is "inprogress" but I've got sent a email that I am now permantly banned??? Permantly banned for getting my account hacked some how by someone in Asia and then played on and the guy obviously cheated.  No phone number to call and actually speak to someone just sit here while no one is doing anything going through countless EA "help" sections that don't help
