Banned for 'Coin Distribution' - Experiences

I havent received any sort of ban in any video game ever before, yet I still got also a ban for everything.

Didn't do anything against TOS either, just was trading on the transfer market, not using 3rd party tools or websites for transfer tips. 

I bought the game for 90 euros last week... now I've been banned for more days than what I could play after buying it.

I'm actually devastated of how you treat your customers. I'm entrepreneur myself and if I were to do this sort of thing I would go out of business very fast.

And no need to tell me to dispute, I've already done that, I'm waiting for the answer.

Just because you have no previous bans @RREkisteri does not mean that your first won't be severe. 

Breaches of the EA TOS are dealt with based on severity and some can result in an instant and total ban.

Well it seems that im not alone. I was selling silver players too because of the mixed league sbcs and ive got the same ban and same message.

Its ridiculous, they wont even show me any proof or example of me being involved in coin distribution. I wrote couple of appeals and they final respons was:

So now im stuck without UT and lost my money I spent on Ultimate Edition.

They probably just use some poor algorithm  and wont even chceck it by themselves. Stuck your "all investigations possible" up your... EA.

@kr4wcu99 Sorry to hear that… Try requesting a Data Subject Access Request which should reveal more data. If you think they made a mistake, there are always ways to get something from EA in a different way.

Brother, this morning I finally took the time to do some trading on the FUT market, buying fodder ranging from 83's-87's and flipping them for a small profit (500-1000coins ea). My main flips were x5 Osimhen aswell as Curtis Jones IF, Guendouzi IF and Gold Pacqueta for the Jude evo. Thought all was well made a few K lost a few K but overall enjoyed the trading experience.

Woke up to an email stating the exact same thing. "Account Banned for being Involved with Coin Distribuition.

I didnt realise investing and flipping cards = Coin Distribution???. Ive already made a case appealing it aswell as a seperate case requesting a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).

They responded a few hours later stating that they were already investigating it and as such closed the other multiple cases that I had opened relating to this ban, one of which being the DSAR request.
