Banned for 'Coin Distribution' - Experiences

Hey you all!

I bet this topic sounds familiar to you as I have read through a lot of posts over the last couple of days to understand EA.

Has anyone else received a ban on EA FC 25 for the exact same reason? 

To add some context: I made about 60 000 coins by trading some players and selling them way higher than their actual price. A few hours later, I received an e-mail stating this:

We noticed that your EA SPORTS FC™ Account has been involved with Coin distribution, which breaks our rules.

I did not receive a ban for just the transfer market but this:

Your account will not have online access to any past, current, or future EA SPORTS FC™ and/or EA SPORTS FIFA titles.

Has anyone else made the experience? I did not receive a prior warning, or coin wipe, but straight up got a ban in the face for such a small amount...

Before I get all the "You have to contact ToS" responses: I did that and already got an answer. I will not be unbanned but appealed this decision again.

In their e-mail, where they told me about the decision, they mentioned they would look for players selling their club players for way higher than the usual price. Isn't this what the game is all about? Making profit to build a new and even better team?

I am just here to ask if anyone made the same experience with maybe even a much higher coin amount and if they contacted the support team + actually got unbanned?

Hey all, bans on your account stack with each subsequent ban resulting in a more severe santion than the last.

@alchdom I have seen some be unbanned and some stay banned. Both is possible. Only you and ea would know which one you are.

Hey.

This happened to me aswell during last weekend, I bought silver players from South American region and sold them with profit. I haven't had any answer from EA yet to my dispute. How long did it take from them to answer you?

@alchdom i've never seen an huge ban like this! usually the ban is for market only

@b24073 It’s really crazy… I’ve also mentioned that to the support. Wipe my coins, ban me from the transfer market but banning me from all EA Sports titles because of 60 000 coins is just crazy - at least if you ask me… 😅

@alchdom It could be because you had past bans on top of it. Unless you had those overturned too.

@RadioShaqs Yeah, I thought that too. I received a 7 days suspension for inappropriate language a few months ago, which however had nothing to do with the game itself. That it counts towards a ban of the same kind should be logical, but it’s not in this case…

@EA_Darko yes but "suspension for inappropriate language" is a ban by Sony and never has added with a Ea ban
