i bought Madden 23 on Saturday and played a few games online Sunday..I get a email today saying my account is now banned for violating ToS? how is this even possible? i do not chat with any opponents, i do not cheat and i finish all my games but have been quit on several times...can a Admin fix this please? i filled out the form but havent heard anything back...i bought this game to play head to head online and i would like a full refund if i cannot play online..Thank You

does anyone know if this happens because game was purchased through Steam instead of the EA site directly? im just baffled at the ban and cannot even think of a reason for it at all..thank you for your response
