I'm a casual gamer, play maybe 2-3 games a month and I logged in to my account being banned in Apex...

I don't use cheat or quit any game.

This sum very bad cheat engine detection you got here

Don’t cheat in-game Don’t make false claims Don’t hack other players' accounts Don’t party up with cheaters (unless you match me with them but that's your own fault)

If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.
You can reach out to the Terms of Service Team to appeal this ban.

You should get a reply within 5 business days.
Keep an eye on your inbox and check also your Spam and Junk folder as sometimes these emails can get routed to those folders.

OP someone might have used your account and done something that is against there ToS thus leading to a ban.

2FA is always recommended and more so if you spent money on the game and plan on using it daily.

@iBlockHead I don't share the acc and I don't remember receiving an email saying that I got connected from another place, will activate 2fa for safety

@iBlockHead I can't even turn 2fa on they give me an error message saying "you made too many attempts", I guess their security is as weak as their coding level...

@Jean-Paul-Duvet  So how this works is basically, you come here complain you've been banned for no reason, you then get the usual  copy/paste response kindly provided by zeelmaekers. Finally you wait for seven months for a reply to your appeal, by which point you've given up on the game.
