Banned For Cheating after not playing?

I was seeming banned for no reason in march, I logged in after not playing for a week and immediately was booted out. I checked my emails and it said 1-2 days before that point I was banned for cheating. Then I attempted to contact EA it been about 4 weeks with no reply. I'm unsure what to do now any help?

Hey @magikswand, if you have appealed your ban with our TOS team then the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from the team.

As soon as their investigation is complete they will email you the outcome of their investigation.
