Bangalore needs threat vision on her smoke similar to how Caustic works

I kinda like this though, imagine if you hit someone with the cannister and it dazed them for a second or 2 that would be pretty nice in my opinion. I love getting hits with the smoke cannister I still think there should be a bang specific badge for downing someone with a smoke cannister.

@Bean2kay9 as much as I would love to see Bang get a buff. I think this would be going a tad far. She is not a bad legend. I made it up into platinum with her completely solo queuing.

I also agree with @bosourd, it's not really the point of her smoke.
