Bangalore dosent need a buff

Just because a legend hasnt been changed for quite a few seasons dosent mean it needs to be buffed. Bang is fundamentally a good legend

Probably the most well balanced legend they've created to be honest.

From a completely biased perspective as a regular bang player though....a buff would be nice. :3
