as you see there are some more ppl like me, and we allways get a standart email vom EA

Something is Wrong here.

we need someone to pass this on because there is obviously a mistake here...

we paid a lot of money and didn't owe anything. nevertheless, our concerns are not heard

Hopeless.

Nobody cares.

The TOS team doesn't care and only send standard messages.

The community managers don't care (yeah, sure, they can't do anything in this forum, contact TOS blahblahblah... -> see above).

The press and social media doesn't care as the game is already dead.

Epic doesn't care that their usually working EasyAnticheat is misused/misconfigured to deliver massively false positives.

And EA doesn't care that they are losing year-long loyal customers that will not return (at least not me).
