BILLBOARD/JUMPS LEADERBOARDS RETURNING? [ Edited ]

There are TROPHIES/ACHIEVEMENTS for BREAK ALL BILLBOARDS and COMPLETE ALL JUMPS. My question is can we have LEADERBOARDS again for our friends list for DISTANCE? We used to have that in MOST WANTED 2012 by CRITERION. My friends and i had a blast outdoing each others jump distance records in free roam for hours. Can this please be confirmed or added in? Thank you !
