@hayhor it's not just the headset. Sound processors are very different from device to device. On PC, for example, you can have a dedicated soundcard that can cost as much as a last generation console or with a motherboard that has an integrated budget audio chipset, which rarely filter internal noise (hums, whirrs and clicks caused by unscreened cables and connectors, etc.) and output lower quality when their limits are forced. It's kind of similar with the graphics bracket.

Consoles probably use low-mid quality audio chipsets, to keep their cost low. This means that, if processing performance is one of the major factors affecting Apex audio, most console users are getting a similar experience. My unverified hunch is that the top gaming PCs that also sport a high end audio have much less sound issues in Apex than the low/mid end PCs or consoles. This hunch is supported by the fact that devs are working to make sounds stay permanently in memory during play, which is a measure clearly intended to increase processing performance on audio side.
