Are heirloom shards a scam

I'm level 500, played 2 and a half full seasons with complete season pass maxed and bought multiple packs. Wtf is with the shares drop. I think i'm well over the 500 mark. Is anyone else having this problem?

@10BlackKidz it's a scam in the fact that somehow some way they've incentivized spending 500 dollars on a virtual item, AND for more than one. 

It's not a scam in how it works though. More or less 500 packs, and you should get shards for it. Packs bought from events don't count however, and there's debate on whether or not battlepass packs count for it. Unless you've kept very VERY specific count of the number of packs you've earned excluding the aforementioned, you may or may not be close to 500.

@10BlackKidz 2.5 seasons? 😂 Unless you've bought 250 to 300 packs you are not even close to the 500 guarantee.
