Hey @510027577 if you purchased the items through Origin then you can see if your purchase is covered under the Great Games Guarantee: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/great-game-guarantee

Hey @510027577 if your purchase does not meet the requirements of the Great Games Guarantee then it may not be possible to receive a refund.
