The point is, when you find it and put it on it gives you the feeling of safety like a condom or, lets say, easy anti cheat.

Obviously the OP is being dramatic (i hope)

But a p2020 hopped up deals 50 dmg to the noggin. Minus a white helmets dmg reduction that's 45 dmg per hopped up headshot,making the gun a 3 hit headshot kill.

Point is the helmets only dropping 10% damage reduction because its common tier loot....what are you actually expecting from it? xD
