Thanks, this happened twice. I don’t understand why it’s not as simple as being available at time of purchase.  Apex Needs to fix this issue because it’s like

robbing us our hard earned money. It’s also a big

inconvenience just to get a refund or to fix the issue.

It's just pining the support team that you haven't received them, no need to go through the refund process.
They look into it if you haven't received them after 24 hours and it will be fine.

An EA Advisor will make sure you will get the coins you've purchased.

If you follow the link @ILostT0Loba and select the following options:

The game: Apex Legends, your platform you've bought the coins on, and click on missing content.
Here select Never received content, here your preferred contact option. 

You'll get the coins you paid for!
