Apex banning me for no reason!

Me and my girlfriend share an account and have been playing since the game Apex came out. One morning i woke up and i could not get into the game because i was banned? I checked my mail from EA and it stood "Banned for cheating" like wtf? I haven`t cheated and i don´t understand where this came from? I am very upset right now because i have spent a lot of money, for example for skins and the kunai knife. I have 800 gaminghours on the game so i got very mad when i suddenly get banned for no reason. I have tried to email them several times but they said that i can´t get my account back and that i am banned permanent. WTF should i * do this is just a waste money and time, u guys need to * fix the anticheat! banning wrong poeple and make me waste 600$ for a game.... * FIX IT
