Apex account probably hacked and banned, no answer to my case in 15 days

Hi,

I have been banned from Apex for no reason, never cheated in my life.

Think someone has entered my account based on login mails I got.

I made a case like 20 days ago, and wrote mails in it 4 or 5 times in these 20 days and nobody answers to anything.. 

Can someone help or reccomend something?

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @cokic_CRO.

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

I have just talked with EAhelp on your Facebook account. 

They said that they will look at at in a few days.

I hope i wont need to write any more enquieres becouse this is really not ok from EAs side.

Hey @cokic_CRO I took a look at your case and can see that you were speaking with our live support today.

I would recommend doing as they suggest.

So I just logged into my account today and I have been banned for no reason and am having trouble getting ahold of somebody.  I see that they have been making you jump through hoops.  Have they unbanned your account?  And if so what would be the best route that you suggest I go?  Thank you for your help.

Hey @ChafedPlatypus you can appeal a ban by following the steps in the accepted solution above.
