Apex account and Ea account problems
I Am trying to figure out why I cannot friend anyone on Apex legends but when I try to go to my Ea account it says that my Microsoft account is ineligible. I also noticed that I had used the same email that I used when I first made my apex account when making my Pc account to play with my friends that were on pc. So now I don’t know what Ea account is even linked to my Xbox account and Apex account. Can anyone help?

I'm not seeing an Xbox gamertag linked to this account so most likely, it's linked to a different one. An advisor should be able to help with this.
