I just moved to Israel and I found that the Belgium servers work best for me but it also depends on your network. I cant stress this enough play on many different servers in your vicinity and see which one works best, don’t be lazy!

Do you really think that we didn't try every server? we did, and the results are the same, high ping.

I don't know at what level your gameplay, but for me and a lot of other players, the ping is very important.
